We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon in Hawaii, Maui. we loved how laid back and relaxed the whole atmosphere of the island was, and especially how friendly the people in Maui are. we were also awed at the beauty of the beaches, volcanoes and rainforests. we stayed at the four seasons in Wailea which surpassed our expectations. the staff was courteous and helpful, even though we probably had less money then 90% of the other guests there, the staff never made us feel out of place. they were professional respectful and friendly. the resort itself was lovingly cared for and immaculately designed. the architecture and landscaping were lovely. Hawaii50 was fabulous. we really cant think of anything to suggest for you to improve on. You kept in contact with us throughout the planning process, responded promptly to our questions via email, and arranged our flights, car rental and accommodations expertly. we would happily recommend you to others planning a vacation in Hawaii. our consultant gil, was professional and truly listened to what we wanted. he was knowledgeable in fact he is the one who told us about little beach, which turned out to be our favorite beach on the island. Furthermore, he arranged our flight so that we never had long layovers in the airports.

Just a quick note to tell you that I did returned from my wonderful trip and everything was perfect; Hotel, Air, Car rental, ETC. Also I did find out lots about my concerns and is all good news. .... and aside I told a ton of people about you guys; hope some of them will call soon. Looking forward to our (me and my family) next trip, so we'll call you soon about it.

Just wanted to let you know that my daughter and I had a great time in Oahu. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is beautiful! Germains Luau was great - you were right! Weather was wonderful and I think we saw everything we possibly could.

The highlits were definitely maui in general. Mamas fish house, the scenery, so many to mention. Tricia is wonderful

Our agent, Gil, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as was Trish, who also helped us. They were both responsive and patient no matter how many times I called and no matter how many questions I asked. If we go back to Hawaii (and we may - to see the volcano on the The Big Island), I am sure we would use Hawaii 5-0 again.

I would recommend is that you suggest that your customers get the books Maui Revealed and The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook by Andrew Doughty and Harriett Friedman, which I happened to stumble upon and they are the absolute best guidebooks we have ever had! They became our Bibles while we were there. They also wrote Hawaii, The Big Island Revealed.

Quick response - Our trip was fantastic - We've stayed at KBR previously and it was just as we like it this trip. H5O was terrific, even booking us an extra 2 nights at the very last minute at a rate less than KBR would provide. We will definitely use H5O again.

The Sheraton hotel in Kauai exceeded our expectations. It was very beautiful and in a great location. Gil had told me about an enchanted moments package and I got it. It was worth every single dollar and then some. We got a bottle of wine, fruit basket, two nice beach towels, fresh flower greeting, express check in and dinner for two which included an appetizer, entree and > desert (the dinner totaled about $120 for free). You should recommend, no insist that anyone that stays at the Sheraton gets that package. If or when we go back to Kauai we will probable stay at the Sheraton again. The Kaanapali Villas in Maui were nice, it was a different experience then the Sheraton because it was Condo's. We had a big condo that was nice. Everyone was friendly and it worked out great.

Hawaii 5-0 did a great job. Gil was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was worried how everything would turn out, but it turned out great. We didn't encounter any problems.

We had a very great experience with your travel agency and especially Gil who was very thorough in explaining all the options and choices. Once he understood our needs, he pretty much went ahead and found the best fit. This was also done with a very short notice and he was able to get us in without extravagant costs. We liked your attitude toward travel planning and the personal touch on our needs. I think every travel agency can make the reservations but few do it by actually listening t our needs. Also every thing was there as promised and in the time it was promised. I look forward to calling you guys soon!!

Hawaii is a very beautiful island, with abundance of natural beauty, how can one not enjoy Hawaii? on top of it we had a nice location and comfortable hotel/service to add to our pleasure. Highlights: Hanauma bay, Polynesian cultural center, Waikiki area and shopping/dining experience. Hotel was nice, rooms were comfortable. location very convenient. Gil was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. he was so good, we recommended hawaii50 to a couple of friends who were visiting.

The pacific Beach Hotel was great, all the employees were wonderful and accommodating. Sally Ann was the Best..!!!!! She worked really hard t book our flights... I can truly say that she went the extra mile to meet my needs.... her interest and attention to my needs were exceptional and i will work with her again in the future!!!!! we go to Hawaii at least once a year. i called other discount travel provides thru the internet and they would not even entertain me.

I would use your services again. You all are the cheapest I could find after very extensive research and everything went well, except we had a hotel incident. But overall, for a trip like this, everything was great and we had a great time!!! Thank you very much for your interest in how our trip went. I have already recommended you all to some friends!

This is our 2nd visit to Hawaii this year and both times we've used Hawaii 5-0. I plan to use them and to recommend them to others.

Maui and Oahu are beautiful, the people are friendly, the restaurants are great (especially Mama's Fish house and Pacific O), and there was a tremendous variety of things to do and see: gorgeous beaches to visit, swim and snorkel at.

The Ihilani was fabulous, both in terms of accommodations and service. Definitely a 5-star resort, and definitely worth the money. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The staff cleans (and, if necessary, repairs) everything daily, including the beach! Every Ihilani employee was extremely nice and helpful; I can't say enough good things about the hotel and its people, and highly recommend the Ihilani to anyone who wants the best.A. Gil was great - very knowledgeable, helpful and patient all along; the prices were great bargains both for airfare and the Ihilani. Our expectations were fully met. The vacation was fantastic and we would definitely use 5-0 again. If the opportunity arose, we would visit Hawaii again.

"My mom and I are talking about going again and I was thinking about trying to go during whale season. Did I tell you how much fun I had on the last trip? We did EVERYTHING! We kayaked with the dolphins and then snorkeled at a place called "the aquarium" that had crystal clear water and more fish than I'd ever seen. We did the sunrise at Haleakala and rode bikes down the mountain, then went to Hana and spent the night in a treehouse. We did the sea walker trip where you put on a helmet and walk on the ocean floor 25 feet down (my ears STILL haven't decompressed!), parasailed, rode the America II, went to a Luau, saw Ulalena and went to Warren and Annabel's magic show... we really had a blast!! If you ever get a chance to see that magic show in Lahaina you should- that guy Warren is hilariously funny- we laughed for 3 hours!"
