Located on the site of a historical fishing village known as Ka'uulehu, Kona Village Resort Kona Village features 125 spacious Hawaiian bungalows spread across an 82-acre Natural Seaside Oasis. Guestrooms offer a choice of picturesque garden views, tranquil lagoon settings and dramatic ocean panoramas. Nine Bungalow styles range in size from Intimate To Large Enough To Accommodate Multiple Families. Guests live the Polynesian village experience in individual thatched "hales," or houses, beside the white sand beach or the ancient fish pond. These plush/primitive bungalows have no in-room phones, no radios, no TV, but special attention is given to luxurious appointments and special touches like fresh Kona coffee beans, a coffee grinder, and a coffee maker with a wake-up timer. Join a volleyball game or hop on a complimentary glass bottom boat tour in the morning. Complimentary use of snorkels and masks, kayaks, sailboards and body boards is a part of the Full American Plan, which also includes breakfast, buffet lunch and a choice of two dinner restaurants.
